Employees were observed working at the edge of the roof approximately 18ft above the ground level. Occurred on or about 05/09/18 Brutus Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303697, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Crossroads Development, Building 7, Cross Road & West Moyer Road, Pottstown, PA 19464 Brutus Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290726, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Pollock Court, Berlin Township, NJ 08091
