29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: A) Loading dock #2, on or about May 4, 2018, a trailer attached to a tractor was not chocked and or mechanically secured to prevent the trailer from being pulled away from the loading dock, exposing an employee who was operating a powered industrial truck to a fall hazard.
