29 CFR 1926.451(e)(5)(i): Ramps and walkways 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels did not have guardrail systems that comply with subpart M of this part -- Fall Protection:    a) Worksite, 10 Captains Neck Ln, Southampton, NY - Employees were accessing the roof of a residential home  by walking across a walkway from the fourth tier of a fabricated frame scaffold approximately 27 feet above the ground below without a guardrail system; on or about 05/25/2018.     b) Worksite, 10 Captains Neck Ln, Southampton, NY - Employees were accessing the fabricated frame scaffold by walking across a walkway from the second story window sill approximately 15 feet above the ground below without a guardrail system; on or about 05/25/2018.    Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
