29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Worksite, 3480 Orchard St. Orient NY 11957 - Employees engaged in framing an addition on a residential home were exposed to falling approximately 13ft while working from the roof of the home and were not trained to recognize fall hazards; on or about 11/9/2022. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
