(b) Steven Roberts Originals, LLC at 2708 Tower Road, Aurora, CO 80011:  On and before May 31, 2018, the employer did not ensure that machine guarding was provided to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by ingoing nip points in that the high speed conveyor belt and pulley on the Core Cake Pop dispenser, next to RS1, exposed employees to mechanical hazards due to it being unguarded. This condition exposed the employees to amputation hazards.      (c)  Steven Roberts Originals, LLC at 2708 Tower Road, Aurora, CO 80011:  On and before May 31, 2018, the employer did not ensure that machine guarding was provided to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by rotating parts, in that the chocolate return/recirculation catch basin (M15) on the Cake Bar Line exposed employees to rotating parts hazards due to the unguarded basin with motor driven paddles inside. This condition exposed the employees to an amputation hazard.      (d) Steven Roberts Originals, LLC at 2708 Tower Road, Aurora, CO 80011:  On and before May 31, 2018, the employer did not ensure that machine guarding was provided to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by rotating parts, in that the chocolate return/recirculation catch basin on the Premium Cake Pop Line exposed employees to rotating parts hazards due to the unguarded basin with motor driven paddles inside. This condition exposed the employees to an amputation hazard.
