29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) residential property at 419 Maple Ave, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, at the front of the home (south side of the buidling facing maple): Employees were exposed to fall hazards when they performed trim installation and associated carpentry on the lower hip roof of the property at approximately 12 feet without any means of fall protection that could result in death, which occurred and was observed on or about 5/21/18. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
