29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in window installation/carpentry activities on a flat overhang was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 12/13/2019. US Contracting Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1321405, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 08/08/2018 with respect to a work place located at 419 Maple Ave, Haddonfield NJ 08033 This Citation became a final order on 8/22/2018.
