29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) The electrical power strip and cords used at the scanner charging cabinet were not used according to manufactures listing and labeling instruction in that the cord was being plugged into a receptacle, then into the power strip, then into each equipment for use (Daisy Chain).

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors; a) The electrical cord for the power strip was being exposed to cuts hazards in that the cord went through a cut out section in the metal cabinets over sharp edges, exposing employees live 120 voltage.
