1910.140(c)(13)(i): General requirements. The employer must ensure that personal fall protection systems meet the following requirements. Additional requirements for personal fall arrest systems and positioning systems are contained in paragraphs (d) and (e) of this section, respectively. Capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) for each employee attached; or (ii): Designed, installed, and used, under the supervision of qualified person, as part of a complete personal fall protection system that maintains a safety factor of at least two. a) On or about 8/26/2019 two employees were retrieving furniture from a racking system, utilizing a Crown Picker (model #4220). Each employee was using harness that was tied into the same anchor point (rated for 5,000 pound) of the Picker.
