29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: On or about May 20, 2018, and times prior to, in the Production Department, the yellow grated guard in place on the side of Extruder #7 did not restrict employees from being able to reach between the chill roller and pressure roller. Employees were exposed to contact with ingoing nip point.
