29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(viii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards based on other factors that contribute to the practical safeguarding of persons using or likely to come in contact with the equipment: a) P&L Panel G01 - Employees turning on and off lighting using the service panel breakers were exposed to electrical hazards from missing bolts allowing the cover to the electrical panel to move and a flexible cord to fall between the panel and its cover, on or about June 13th, 2018. b) P&L Panel G02 - Employees using the service panel breakers were exposed to electrical hazards where the electric panel cover was missing bolts which allowed the cover to the electrical panel to move, on or about June 13th, 2018. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
