Natural Pack, Inc. - The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program for employee(s) who are required to wear a Gerson half-mask respirator while spraying green dye on the moss product, on or about November 13, 2018.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
