Brutus Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1295811, citation number 01, item number 4a, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/23/18, with respect to a workplace located at 2200 Wakeling St., Philadelphia, PA. Brutus Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303697, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/24/18, with respect to a workplace located at West Moyer Road, Pottstown PA.
