29 CFR 1915.73(c): When employees were working around large openings, the edge of an opening was not guarded in the working area to a height of 36 to 42 inches: a) U.S.S. Nimitz, Flight Deck; On or about June 26, 2018, employees walked past an unguarded deck opening (which housed Catapult #4) to access a containment area where they performed blasting. Employees were exposed to tripping and/or fall hazards.
