29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a). Plant 2 Milling Cell - On or about and times prior to June 28, 2018, an established energy control procedure failed to address system components of the Excello 890 Air Foil Mill machines that may unexpectedly energize during routine setup processes. Employees were thereby exposed to struck-by and / or caught-in hazards during setting up.
