29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) Lavender Lane, Cicero, NY 13039, On or about 7/6/18: Employees were installing roofing materials on a 6/12 roof that contained a fall distance of 10 feet 5 inches without using Personal Fall Arrest Systems. PVC Exteriors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982841, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/25/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3334 Astible Path Liverpool, NY 13088. PVC Exteriors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1097028 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/27/16 with respect to a workplace located at 34 Red Barn Lane, North Syracuse, NY 13212
