29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: (a) Alabama 4 Thermoformer - On May 10, 2018 the employer exposed an employee to an electrical shock hazard and the employer failed to train the employee on the use of proper personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials. The exposed employee was troubleshooting the under press grinder electrical panel measuring the voltage across the under press grinder starter when he came in contact with an energized transformer.
