29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) On or about 7/09/2018, near Floor Scale 30 in the UV Room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that the power strip was subject to splashing by solvents and was not listed for use in wet or hazardous locations.   b) On or about 7/09/2018, near the Pumping Station and Scale 108 in the UV Room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that the power strip was subject to splashing by solvents and was not listed for use in wet or hazardous locations.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location:  a) On or about 7/09/2018, near Tank 7 in the Small Batch Room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that a receptacle was subject to splashing with water from mixing vessels  and was not provided with a cover.    b) On or about 7/09/2018, near Tank 18 in the Small Batch Room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that a receptacle was subject to splashing with water from mixing vessels  and was not provided with a cover.   c) On or about 7/09/2018, near Tank 22 in the Small Batch Room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that a receptacle was subject to splashing with water from mixing vessels  and was not provided with a cover.   d) On or about 7/09/2018, near Tank 29 in the Small Batch Room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that a receptacle was subject to splashing with water from mixing vessels  and was not provided with a cover.   e) On or about 7/09/2018, near Tank 30 in the Small Batch Room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that a receptacle was subject to splashing with water from mixing vessels and was not provided with a cover.
