29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: At the location of 7651 W. 159th St. in Overland Park KS, a worker engaged in installing metal studs onto the exterior of a new building (Blue Valley Hospital) with the use of scaffolding was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the ground below. The worker was exposed in that the scaffold was not completely planked.
