29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 560 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed while working on the top of the roof awning and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The Blue Seal Drywall, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1440722, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on Feb. 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6743 W. 135th St., Overland Park, KS 66223.
