THE JAIME MARTINEZ DBA JAIME MARTINEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.102(A)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 897185, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 7, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 15 JEFF LINDSEY COMMUNITIES, FORT MITCHELL, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1271297, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 1, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 969 WEST RICHLAND CIRCLE, AUBURN ALABAMA .
