29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer does not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a) 704 Tiger Trail, Lot 117 Wyndham Village, Opelika, Alabama:  On August 30, 2022;  The employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards. 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer does not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) 704 Tiger Trail, Lot 117 Wyndham Village, Opelika, AlabamaThe employer fails to ensure effective fall protection training is conducted as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about August 21, 2019, at 1947 and 1955 Boxwood Way, Lot 138 /139 Creekstone, Opelika, Alabama, when employees performing framing activities from the top of framed walls, without being trained on the hazards associated with falls, are exposed to a fall hazard of up to 9 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
