29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about July 5, 2018 at the worksite located at 3400 Northlake Parkway in Tucker, Georgia: a) Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11.5 feet when the employer failed to ensure that the employee had a body belt and lanyard attached to the boom of the aerial lift.
