29 CFR 1926.52(d)(1):In all cases where the sound levels exceeded the values shown in Table D-2 of 29 CFR 1926.52, a continuing, effective hearing conservation program was not administered: B & D Concrete Cutting, Inc., at 1375 Commerce Road, Morrow, GA (Jobsite); On or about December 3, 2021, an employee operating a walk behind slab saw was exposed to noise levels of 112.7 dBA, exceeding the PEL of 110 dBA for 30 minutes. A continuous hearing conservation program (monitoring, audiograms, noise training) was not administered.
