On or about August 3, 2018 at the worksite located at 5671 Tisbury Court in Braselton, Georgia:  b) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet when the employer failed to ensure that each employee was properly protected form fall hazards with appropriate fall protection measures.  The Evaristo Tellez-Hernanadez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1147031, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 148 Still Pine Bend in Smyrna, Georgia.
