29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about July 12, 2018 at the worksite located at 5633 Tisbury Court in Braselton, Georgia:  a) An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9.5 feet when the employer failed to ensure that each employee was properly protected from fall hazards with appropriate fall protection measures.  On or about August 3, 2018 at the worksite located at 5671 Tisbury Court in Braselton, Georgia:  b) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet when the employer failed to ensure that each employee was properly protected form fall hazards with appropriate fall protection measures.  The Evaristo Tellez-Hernanadez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1147031, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 148 Still Pine Bend in Smyrna, Georgia.
