29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    a- 405 Route 72, Manahawkin NJ:  Company employees were exposed to struck by hazards when working between, next to, and under steel beams without the use of protective helmets. Condition observed on or about 07/16/18.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a- 405 Route 72, Manahawkin NJ:  Company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift.  At the time of the exposure one employee was not wearing the required fall protection and the other employee was wearing a full body harness without a lanyard attached to it and the proper tie off point within the man lift basket.   Condition observed on or about 07/16/18.
