29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system :  a- Building Interior- 2nd Floor Level : An employee was engaged in framing activities and not wearing a personal fall arrest harness or utilizing another means of fall protection as the worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10ft to the interior second floor. Condition noted on or about 07/14/2018.   b- Building Exterior- 2nd Floor Level : An employee was engaged in framing activities and not wearing a personal fall arrest harness or utilizing another means of fall protection as the worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the ground below while straddling the unprotected framed edge. Condition noted on or about 07/14/2018.   Madeira Framing Co. was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1111920 and 1254776.  In regards to Inspection Number 1111920, Citation 01, Item # 001, was issued on 06/17/2014 to a workplace located at 108 Fairway Drive, Middletown NY. This citation became a final order on 03/27/2016.  In regards to Inspection Number 1254776, Citation # 02, Item # 03, was issued on 02/01/2018 to a work place located at 16-18 Intervale Road, Boonton NJ 07005. This citation became a final order on 03/12/18.
