29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a) Building 6 - On or about January 9, 2019 and at time prior thereto, employees were framing the roof of a 2 story apartment building 40' from the ground without the use of fall protection.    The Madeira Framing Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1330687, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 22, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Glen Ave., Paramus, NJ 07652.    The Madeira Framing Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1253509, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Dutchess Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.    The Madeira Framing Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1254776, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 16-18 Intervale Rd., Boonton, NJ 07005.
