The employees accesses the room by forklift and foot traffic accidently knocking products over such as but not limited to liquid cleaner onto the floor accumulating puddles in the area, exposing employees to slip hazard, on or about 07/18/17.

29 CFR 1910.37(a) (3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. 2175 East Park Drive, Conyers, GA (Receiving Area Exit Doors) - The designated, marked, and identified emergency exit door in the receiving warehouse area was blocked with a several large storage material pallets, large floor stationary fan, and a pallet jack, making it difficult to access in the event of an emergency, on or about 07/18/18.
