29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: A.) Thomas Construction, Inc., 8460 Tamarack Road, Meadville, PA 16335, Dam B, on or about July 19, 2018: Employees were utilizing flexible cords and electrical powered equipment including, but not limited to, a fuel tank pump and a chest freezer. A flexible cord was also powering a sub-contractor's construction trailer. The flexible cords and electrical powered equipment were not used in conjunction with GFCI and/or an assured equipment grounding conductor program.
