Thomas Construction, Inc., 110 Main Street Polk, Pa 16342: Bridge construction- on or about 10/24/2022 and at times prior thereto; accumulation of debris including but not limited to, scrap wood, plastic tarps, and a water hose were located in and around walkways and work areas around the route 62 bridge project.
