The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with using pneumatic nail guns without wearing approved eye protection. The most recent occurrence of this was observed on July 24th, 2018 at an existing residential home located at NE Corner of 207th and E Street, Elkhorn, NE where the employer has employees using pneumatic nail guns to secure the shingles they were installing on the roof without wearing any ANSI approved eye protection.
