29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The Employer is to failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential roofing work at heights greater than 6 feet. This was most recently documented on October 31, 2018 at 7267 N 172nd Street, Bennington, Nebraska. The height of the roof was measured at or about 9 feet ground to eave with a pitch greater than 4:12. Employees were observed working on the roof without any form of fall protection. Oswaldo Ontiveros Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1332470, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at NE Corner of 207th and E Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
