29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  a.    On or about August 1, 2018, at Lot 310 in the Oakmont development in Gainesville, Florida, the employer had not provided frequent inspections of the job site exposing employees to eye injury hazards, fall hazards of 10 to 22 feet from the edges of 10:12 pitched roofs, and a ladder hazard from a roof access ladder that was not extended 36 inches above the roof eave.
