29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about July 17, 2018 and times thereafter, in the Ammonium Sulfate bagging area, the employer did not ensure that the walking-working surfaces were kept clean and orderly. This condition exposed employees to trip and fall hazards and potential nuisance dust exposure.
