29 CFR 1926.100(a):   Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a)  Building 6, Clark Place, Morristown, NJ.  Employees involved in residential framing were exposed to head injuries from, but not limited to, materials which may fall from above as hard hats were not being worn by some workers.                                Violation observed on or about 08/07/2018.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):   The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l)  (Construction Reference 1926.602):  a)  Clark Place, Building 6, Morristown, NJ and at the Corporate Offices at 705 Galleria Drive, Williamstown, NJ.  By not ensuring that those operating the JLG Lull rough terrain forklift had the training and evaluation to safely operate it, the employer placed worker(s) in danger, especially while operating around workers on the ground and picking materials around those working on the top plate of the structure.                                              Violation observed on or about 08/07/2018.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  Building 6, Clark Place, Morristown, NJ.  Employees involved in residential framing were exposed to falls of 12 to 13 feet to the ground and/or concrete below as methods of fall protection were not in use while these employees were working from the top plate of the first floor of framing.                                              Violation observed on or about 08/07/2018.
