29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Facility Wide: On July 24, 2018 and times prior, employees used energy control procedures when performing service and maintenance of machinery such as, but not limited, to the Newman Whitney Planer. An annual periodic inspection of each energy control procedure and a review of each employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure was not performed.
