29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 1230 Charleston Drive, Prattville, Alabama:  On or about August 8, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while standing on the top of the second floor walls without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 21.3 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 1230 Charleston Drive, Prattville, Alabama:  On or about August 8, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while standing at the edge on the second floor without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 9.9 feet to the floor below.   THE SAMUEL PIOQUINTO DBA SAMUEL PIOQUINTO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1201782 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 12, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1435 TULLAHOMA DR. PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA AND IN INSPECTION NUMBER 1276000 CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 15, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 922 DELANEY DR., PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA .
