29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 42 Imbrook Lane, Aberdeen, NJ: On or about August 9, 2018 four RD Construction LLC employees were re-roofing a two story residence. The employees were working on the steep sloped (5 on 12) roof and were not using any form of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from the roof's eves and rake edges.
