29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At the jobsite located at 3047 Susan Mulvane KS, employees engaged in ground hand activities working below employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not provided.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR  1926.416(e)(1):Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:  At jobsite located at 3047 Mulvane KS, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the flexible cord used to power equipment on the jobsite was frayed.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At jobsite located at 3047 Susan Mulvane KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet from the working surfaces to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
