29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: On or about 8/9/2018 at 186 Cypress Cove Court, Lot 183A, Lawrenceville, GA workers were observed performing roofing operations on an 8/12 pitch roof, exposed to back injury and fall hazards up to 33-feet to the lower level where rock climbing harnesses were worn.
