29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): All employees shall be kept clear of loads about to be lifted and of suspended loads. On August 14, 2018, at Assembly 1 East, an employee was exposed to a pinch point hazard while re-inserting a wood block that had moved out of position between the truck frame and rear axle suspended from an overhead crane with two nylon slings around the truck frame to lower onto rear dolly and then the front dolly on the assembly line track.
