29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a. On or about 08/22/2018, at the job site - employees conducting brick work were exposed to a 19 feet 10 inch, and a 27 feet 5 inch fall hazard, in that, the scaffold was not fully planked. In addition, toe boards were placed diagonally to cover for about a 6 to 7 inch gap between the upright and the end plank.

On or about 08/22/2018, at the job site - employees conducting brick work were exposed to a 19 feet 10 inch, and a 27 feet 5 inch fall and struck-by hazard, in that, there were spaces larger than 1 inch between the scaffold planks, including gaps between toe boards and planks.

WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451 (G)(04)(III), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 997019, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 11/17/2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12939 CORTEZ BLVD., SPRING HILL, FL 34608.
