29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. West side of Building 2, employees were exposed to a fall hazard 11 feet 7 inches high, in that, guardrails were not installed on all open sides of a two frame tubular welded scaffold during masonry wall construction at a door opening, on or about 09/21/2018.
