29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a) At a construction site located at 11525 E. State Road 70, Lakewood Ranch FL, an employee was exposed to an 18 feet fall hazard while dismantling a scaffold from the third level. The employee was not using a fall protection system, on or about November 12, 2018.
