29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a.) St. John Greek Orthodox Church, Charleston WV: On or about 08/21/18, employees working on a 9/12 sloped roof were not protected from falling 29' to the ground below. Mr. Roofer, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1255591, citation number 01, item number 001(a), and was affirmed as a final order on 07/22/17 , with respect to a workplace located at 2603 Woodland Ave., Dunbar WV, 25064.
