29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Both sides of roof. On or about 7/11/23, employees working on a sloped roof were not protected from falls up to 9'2". b) Left side of roof. On or about 7/12/23, employees working on a sloped roof were not protected from falls up to 9'2". Mr. Roofer, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1341704, citation number 1, item number 1(a), and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/18 , with respect to a workplace located at St. John Greek Orthodox Church, 3512 MacCorkle Ave SE, Charleston, WV 25304.
