29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Front of Building, 2nd Level: Employee was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet while working on concrete slab formwork, without out the use of a guard rail system, safety net, personal fall arrest system, or other feasible means of fall protection, on or about 09/05/2018. Roy Lock, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1142817, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/01/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 130 E. Route 4, Englewood, NJ.
