Employers are required to provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds where the installation and use of such protection is feasible and does not create a greater hazard.  a) 60 Passaic Ave., Kearny, NJ  An employee was exposed to a fall hazard approximately 12 feet while erecting a scaffold. At the time of exposure, the use of conventional fall protection including an anchor point, lanyard and harness was feasible and would not have a created a greater hazard.   Violation was observed on or about 01/30/2020.
