OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards: a. Vinty Mixed Use Project - 190 Union St., Elizabeth, NJ (Between Union St. & Price St.) The employer did not ensure the operator of the concrete pump truck set the outriggers on stable ground and used sufficient cribbing for the outriggers, as not to exceed the allowable bearing capacity of the underlying material, thereby exposing employees to a struck-by and crushing hazards when the trucked tipped over. Violation occurred on or about February 12, 2020
